24/25 Summer Tryouts Registration.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

ALL TRYOUT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The tryout cost is $35.-

 

Out of town for vacations?

If the athlete can't attend the scheduled tryout date, parents need:

1) complete this registration form anyway.

2) contact us at info@hpsov.com as soon as possible and before tryout dates to set up a special tryout session.

Instructions, please read.

  1. Check your designated age division HERE or at our 24/25 tryout tab HERE.
  2. Each participant needs to try out on their age division.
  3. If participants want to try out in more than their age division, they WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE REGISTRATION FOR EVERY AGE DIVISION.
  4. This registration includes all waivers, liability releases, and paperwork needed. Athletes will not be able to try out without this registration form on file.
  5. ALL TRYOUT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

TWO DAY TRYOUT.

Tryouts are at Sakai Int School on Bainbridge Island

U12, July 1 & 2, 2024, 10 am to 12 pm (court1)

U13,  July 1 & 2, 2024, 10 am to 12 pm (Court2)

U14, July 1 & 2, 2024, 12 pm to 2 pm (Court1)

U15, July 1 & 2, 2024, 12 pm to 2 pm (Court2)

U16, July 3 & 4, 2024, 10 am to 12 pm (court1)

U17/18,  July 3 & 4, 2024, 10 am to 12 pm (Court2)

High-Performance team. July 5, 10 am to 2 pm (this team is by invitation only and for families committed 100% to practice and out-state tournaments)
